Originally from Phoenix, this customer desired their new Florida home to give off coastal vibes. A warm space for living and entertaining was desired. The striking appearance of this home can be appreciated through beautiful ceiling beams, a fireplace overlaid in stone, hardwood floors, and clean and modern architecture throughout. The interior furnishings were chosen with careful precision to include various vases with tropical plants, an acrylic and chrome chandelier, acacia wood slab table and warm woven club chairs to bring a tropical flare to this home. A neutral toned pallet was requested throughout the furnishings, textiles and rugs.
The challenge for this residence was to create large, entertaining areas that still felt cozy and comfortable. Specifically, the owners requested a loft space for their grown children to watch TV and relax. The game room includes a shuffle board with sliding doors that lead into the outdoor entertainment space. Lastly, the outdoor space is an entertainer’s dream. It boasts a large pool, outdoor bar and a lounge area to make them truly feel at home.
