This downtown condo was a total remodel which started from a concrete drywall shell. The space need all new finishes and material selections. In the main living space, several walls were removed to create an open concept and an optimal view of the city. Natural walnut flooring with a clear stain adorns the space, accented by flat weave natural wool rugs. The living room received a grasscloth wall treatment with a floating media cabinet, alongside custom sofas and lounge chairs. One particularly unique piece is the rough-cut solid eucalyptus side table, crafted by a local artisan.

The kitchen has numerous improvements made, including all new appliances, cabinets constructed from warm alder with contemporary styling, and the granite island countertop featured waterfall edges with dimensional slate treatment on base of island. The backsplash is natural limestone shaped into oversized brick. The dining table was constructed of a slab table top made from book matched eucalyptus, paired with a custom steel base; the table is accompanied by custom leather dining chairs. For lighting, smoked glass pendant lighting was used over the granite island, and custom steel and copper fixtures were mounted throughout the space.
