To combat sun exposure, we designed furniture with fabrics and materials resistant to sunlight, promising longevity and style. Custom window treatments were created for the numerous windows and large sliding doors, offering privacy and enhancing the home’s aesthetic.
A neutral desert palette of taupe and cream was chosen for its calming effect and relation to the exterior environment , complemented by high-quality finishes and wood flooring. This selection sets the tone for a luxurious resort atmosphere throughout the home.
The centerpiece of the layout is the spacious great room, flowing into an outdoor living area for a seamless experience. The kitchen and cantina bar offer a space for hosting entertainment.
The dining room features artisan-made desert artwork, custom furniture, and a 500-bottle wine fridge, continuing the modern resort theme. Each of the guest rooms maintains a taupe and cream color scheme for a cohesive feel.
In the Primary suite, custom bedding and a stunning stone fireplace create a luxurious retreat. The primary bath boasts an extra-large shower and freestanding tub, adding to the resort-style feel.
