Our design approach for this project focused on achieving a luxurious and elegant home while overcoming various design challenges.
The entryway sets the tone with a grand hand-blown glass chandelier, oversized glass front door, and custom marble and steel petal inlay flooring design. This floor pattern design was highly complicated and required excellent technical skills and measurements when designing. Delicate wall molding with inset wallpaper adds depth and timeless elegance.
In the great room, we masterfully projected sophistication with a herringbone-patterned wood floor, two glass chandeliers, and a slab fireplace. Designing a custom curved sectional with various seating options was a central challenge of this design, which required consulting with expert artisans, extensive drawing in CAD, and precise measurements. We complimented the custom furniture with plush fabrics in a grey, white, and black palette. We repurposed previously outdoor patio space into an indoor bar featuring an antique mirrored wall, glass tile backsplash, and luxurious patterned flooring. The dining area showcases a custom table and chairs under a floating glass chandelier.
The powder bathroom emphasizes luxury with an extra-thick quartzite countertop, modern wood cabinetry, and a glass pendant.
The kitchen boasts wood flooring in a herringbone pattern, three custom chandeliers, and quartzite countertops. Overcoming the weight challenge of wrapping the hood in quartzite was crucial. The kitchen seamlessly transitions into the family room, where back-to-back sectionals offer versatile seating.
In the guest bathroom, black-and-white Neolith slabs and graphic tiles create a bold aesthetic, which is complemented by a glass pendant and floating vanity.
Finally, the primary bathroom exudes tranquility with stone tiles, a glass chandelier, extra-thick stone countertops, and wood cabinetry with glass hardware.
